This Privacy Policy explains how STB Soft (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Speed Delivery / Driver mobile application (the “App”).

• Approximate location (COARSE_LOCATION): derived from network/cell info, used to show nearby orders and relevant notifications.
• Precise location (FINE_LOCATION / GPS): used to provide accurate, location-based services (e.g., matching you with nearby store orders and routing). With your consent, the App may access location while in use or in the background to enable timely order notifications and workflows.

Usage & Device Data

• App actions (e.g., viewing orders, accepting/declining), basic device info, performance logs and crash data to maintain reliability and security.

Account & Profile

• Name, phone, email, and IDs needed to create/manage your account and deliver core App features.

2) How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the App’s core features (order discovery, matching, notifications, navigation).
• Send service notifications relevant to orders and operational updates.
• Ensure security, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3) Background Location

If you enable background location, the App may collect location data when the App is closed or not in active use to deliver time-sensitive, location-based order notifications and matching. You can change this at any time in your device settings.

4) Sharing of Information

• No sale of personal data.
• No sharing with third parties for advertising or analytics unrelated to App functionality.
• We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, crash reporting) strictly to operate the App under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5) Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Location data used for real-time functionality is retained only as needed and then deleted or anonymized where feasible.

• You can grant, deny, or revoke location permissions (precise/approximate; foreground/background) in your device settings.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@stbsoft.com. We will respond consistent with applicable laws.

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8) Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9) International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections in accordance with applicable law.
